Right now, I am in a transaction where the seller is providing a wrap around loan. This is not common but works for both the seller and the buyer because of the unique position they are both in. I am happy to think creatively to problem solve.

I wanted to be a real estate agent since I was in my teens. We had family friends that were agents. I wanted to be like them, kind, caring, and giving. Evenutally, when I had enough money saved to make the transition, I went for it.

I am a constant learner. If I am not taking a real estate classes then I am reading a real estate book. I have several certifications. The negotiations certification helps my clients the most.
