I have an expert knowledge of many types of clients. I work with First Time Home Buyers, Home owners who need to sell and buy at the time time. Yes, it is possible. Sellers who are down sizing, who are a POA of an estate or upgrading into something bigger. I also have worked a lot with relocation clients who need my expert advise to buy a home coming in from out to state who may not step foot into the home until months after they buy it. The amount of scenarios I am versed in are endless. I promise I will be with you every step of the way.
Every single transaction I have ever had is different. That is the best thing for me about this business. I love that I am always dealing with different people, situations and solving problems real time. I thrive in this industry because I am fond of all of my transactions. It honestly does not matter how hard or easy of a road the transactions were, they all make me a better realtor and I am grateful for them all.
I was in the commercial marketing realm learning the ins and outs of real estate for 5 years before actually getting licensed and working as an agent on my own. I noticed I had a passion for helping people with my 15+ years in the service industry prior to that.
