Being a native of the area and returning to Bellevue to raise my family, I am familiar with this market. I obtained my real estate license from Hondros College of Business and prior to that went to Bowling Green State University where I graduated with a degree in Apparel Merchandising and Product Development with a Marketing minor. And believe it or not the same marketing strategies I learned apply to successfully marketing a home. And with my strong "eye", I can help sellers stage a home and make suggestions on improvements that can be done to make a home more appealing and to buyers, I have the ability to help them envision themselves in a home and determine if it's a good fit for them and their families. When I relocated back is when I truly recognized what it takes to be a great agent whom stands out above the rest, in what can be such an overwhelming process . After all, it is the largest purchase you will ever make. But I want my clients to rest assured they are in good hands.
