If we ever needed to buy or sell a house again in NW Indiana, we would use Jim Fleming at Boulder Bay Realty Group. Through a variety of circumstances, our home took a while to sell. We had already relocated to another state. Jim went above and beyond to help us with some transactions for our home. He promoted it well and was a skillful negotiator on our behalf. To us, it was important that we had an agent who was trustworthy and had excellent integrity - Jim was that agent. Lynda and the staff at Bolder Bay Realty were also skillful and pleasant to interact with. This process of selling our house while living in another state could have been a nightmare. It wasnt because we had peace of mind with Jim as our agent.
