I was contacted by a past client that a friend of hers was looking for a condo in the development she lived in. The daughter of the friend was buying the home for her parents. The daughter lived in SC and the condo was in Massachusetts. The daughter bought the condo, sight unseen from me. She relied on me to do everything.
