Lyly definitely went above and beyond while helping us buy and sell a home. When we were in the process of looking, she was incredibly responsive and would absolutely go out of her way to schedule viewing appointments for us and answer our many questions. We put in multiple offers before having one accepted, and she was always incredibly prompt with getting the paperwork to us for signatures and submitting the offers. She was professional and incredibly competent throughout our entire purchasing experience. When we went to sell our house, we had already moved out of the area so that trips back were not easy. She visited the house frequently to maintain a presence as well as perform any minor maintenance during the VERY short time it was listed. She even power washed our garage door and helped us clear out some of our remaining items! I cannot recommend Lyly highly enough and am very grateful for all of the work she put into making a stressful experience, a good one.
