I was meant to be a REALTOR. I have been surrounded by Career Real Estate Brokers with my immediate family owning their own Brokerage. I closed on my first house when I was seventeen - on my senior prom day. Through the years I have flipped homes and have worked towards building a career out of Real Estate. My commitment to being honest, trustworthy, and knowledgeable in the market has given me a proven track record. I stand apart from the typical Realtors with my enthusiasm and new age techniques I use to buy and sell homes. I realized quickly, with technology drastically speeding up day to day lives, that this field was quickly losing what makes it so important; Human Connection. I make sure my clients feel comfortable and stay updated throughout the buying and selling process. I want my clients to know exactly what is going on through the entire process. My love of negotiating and making deals happen allows me to enjoy this profession all the more. I have a wealth of knowledge in the tri county area and work diligently on getting results! I never want to be just another agent...My marketing techniques are true to the era. I stay up to date on the latest technology and innovations in the industry to better serve my clients. Lyle is an excellent agent! We were first time home buyers and Lyle gave us a great experience buying our first home. We were in a bit of a time crunch and he was able to get us closed on our new home in less than 30 days. When we decided to put a contract on our new home, he came to our house at 8:30pm to sign the contract so we wouldn't miss out on the opportunity. He's trustworthy, dependable and a great guy. Selling a house was very stressful for me. I had many questions and needed ongoing communication so that I knew the agent was actively working for me and looking out for my interests. Lyle provided that in spades! He seemed to instinctively provide me with personal support in a frequency and manner that instilled confidence.
