After an exhaustive search, Lydie Jennings and her husband, Archie, chose Washington as their new home some twenty years ago. They have three children. They have renovated their downtown historic home and invested in residential and downtown commercial properties. Lydie has vacation rental properties and short term furnished rentals available in the area. Over the years, she has become skilled and knowledgeable about the Washington/Beaufort County real estate market and dealing with contractors in the renovation process. These experiences have led her to a career in the real estate business. Providing "top notch", friendly service is important to Lydie. Also, she has become experienced in helping extended families sell their family homes which involves coordinating with multiple family members who live in various locations across the country or even abroad. There is much to coordinate to get the home ready to go on the market & she is ready to help with this entire process even if you aren't able to get to town!
