About Lydia Farris

Lydia moved to Buena Vista in 2017 from Cleveland, Missouri, a tiny town south of Kansas City, Missouri. She was born in New Jersey, but moved to the Kansas City area with her family in 1976. In 1992, she started working at a Kansas City video production company and in 2003 started her own video production and event services company. After 30 years in video and event productions, Lydia is excited to use her client relationship and marketing skills to help guide buyers and sellers smoothly through every real estate transaction. Married with two sons and four grandchildren, she enjoys spending her free time exploring Colorado off-road and helps local and national organizations with trail maintenance and education of proper trail usage. Lydia is known for her enthusiasm, humor, resourcefulness, and dedication to excellence as well as her commitment to creating partnerships to ensure client satisfaction.

Helped make our dream come true! Our experience working with Lydia was incredibly positive. Great experience There are lots if Realtor's those that say they are good and know everything and don't. Those that are new and having to rely on people training them, and then there is Lydia. She did more to help us than anyone ever has, finding properties, knowing the area, making appointments, making offers, communicating during the gap between offer and closing, communicating with the owners and walked us through the closing. This was our seventh purchase through our lifetime so it's wasn't our 1st rodeo. Lydia because a good friend through the process and I will highly recommend her.
