We used Lupe to help us buy our first home and we highly recommend her without hesitation. She is thorough, professional, and above all patient. She helped explain the process and the thousands of pages of paperwork so that we could understand every step. She gives great recommendations and has good ideas, but is not at all pushy, we never once felt rushed (and we saw a lot of homes!). She also went above and beyond to help us find the right people to get us situated (cleaners, painters, all the things!). Lupe was my agent when I bought my house four years ago and again when I sold the same house this month. Lupe is a consummate professional and a pleasure to work with, especially when you're dealing with something as stressful as the sale of your house. She took special care in ensuring that all the necessary details involved were taken care of. She was prompt in responding to concerns and questions and always took the time to explain issues fully and provide her best advice. Prior to putting the house on the market, Lupe provided great suggestions on how to best prepare in order to get the house ready and get the best possible price. When the buyer asked for several repairs before the sale of the house, Lupe provided great advice on how to best respond and then took care of finding qualified professionals to do the necessary work.
