I even had to quarantine because of positive COVID results and he still helped me close on time. We where on a tight schedule our home inNM had already sold and we were homeless . In this hot market we were not sure if we could find what we needed. Not only did luker find us a home but he negotiated the price point to our budget. Luker is very knowledge About this area. We had many questions and he never tired in answering them all. In fact he still helps us even after the home sale. He goes above and beyond what a realtor usually does. My husband and I highly recommend Luker to a first time or no matter how many times you have bought a home! We also had to close long distance and he made the process very easy.
