We had to find a house in a hurry due to a relocation because of a job change. We knew nothing about the Greenville, NC area. The housing market was very hot and it was a challenge to find a house that we were interested in that wasn't already under contract. Luke was able to find a house for us in two days! It was a new house that wasn't fully on the market yet since it was still being finished. He somehow arranged a showing during the final cleaning of the house and we were able to get it under contract the same day. We feel that, if he had not found this house when he did, it would have been gone or we would have been in a bidding war. Due to Luke going the extra mile, we were able to buy a house that we are very happy with in an incredibly short time. Luke was extremely professional and very knowledgeable of the local area and all aspects of the purchasing process. I wholeheartedly recommend him.

Luke is very detail oriented and organized. He explained the selling process very well. He provided resources allowing us to sell for maximum value (i.e. stager, repairman, etc.). His advice on the best ways to sell our home was very helpful including recommendations on what repairs would be worthwhile.
