Luke was very helpful in helping us to sell a home that wasnt in the best of shape. There were some big hurdles he helped us through. He recommended reputable companies to help us when we didnt know where to turn. He was prompt and responsive when we called or texted him. He was friendly and helpful through out the entire process. He also helped us to find a good agent out of state with a different house. If we needed to sell a home in the future in the Redding area, we would call Luke Sinyard to handle it.

I very rarely leave reviews, however because of the excellent customer service Luke provided, I thought this was the right time. Heres my story. My wife and I listed out 4-plex with Luke. He carefully reviewed the property and suggested we have our insurance company investigate if they would cover our roof due to hail damage that happened in 2019. Living out of the area, I wasnt even aware of the damage. Long story short the insurance company covered the damage and we were able to sell our property for more than we ever expected with out paying for the roof. Luke also meet with several repair services, made recommendations for repairs and with his help increased the valve of our 4-flex another 10K over what we spent for the repairs. Before putting the property up for sell, I considered refinancing the property. The appraiser for the refinance company said we would be lucky if the property appraised for 400K. 4 months later, after making some repairs Luke sold the property for $469k.
