My husband and I were not in the market for a new house, until we had the opportunity to view an incredibly unique charmer of a home, in the neighborhood we love. Within a week we went from not looking to move, to having our house on the market. We had many hoops to jump through to get the home of our dream and Luke totally made it happen. He was swift in helping us meet time sensitive deadlines, thorough in explanations, and VERY patient through the entire process! His prompt responses, insight and calm demeanor helped navigate us through the entire process. Luke helped make a stressful process more manageable, advocated for us, and did what needed to be done to get us in the home we didn't know we wanted so badly. I cannot recommend Luke enough!
