Initially I was undecided as to what to do with the property,sell or hold on. Spoke with Luke and Tricia Kita about my need for help in many areas if the house is to sell! I immediately felt as tbough this thing could go forward as Luke created a level of confidence in me I'd only hoped was possible. Luke and Tricia put the house on the market and got to work! Since I currently live 2 hours plus from the property it would be difficult for me to oversee issues that needed attention and this is where Luke and Tricia SHINE!! Luke and Tricia have been amazing to work with! Whether it's your 1st or 4th home purchase it can be a nerve racking experience - exciting, but nerve racking.
