Luis and his team were great to work with. He went above and beyond what is normally expected from agent, especially given that we were remote sellers. He coordinated home improvements with a contractor and monitored progress, checked in on the house often, and even dealt with a critter problem in the backyard. He was knowledgeable of the market in terms of pricing and strategy, communicated well and often, and was very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend.

Luis and Marelise Velasco were an extraordinary team to work with in the recent purchase of our home. Luis was always ready, willing, and most importantly, able to answer all of our questions, and we had many questions. He was very accommodating in scheduling home visits, walking us through the homes and providing very useful and insightful information all the while answering all of our questions about the homes, market pricing and trends, and loan information. Every step if the way was easy with Luis & Marelise. As a first time home buyer there was so much I didn't know. Their expertise was apparent early on. Viewing homes during shelter in place was tough, but they were thorough and made sure we were safe.
