It was a great joy working with Luis. Not only did he help me sell my home at a great price, but was able to help me buy a bigger home at the same time. It was as a contingent sale, which can get pretty complicated. Luis was able to explain to me the steps involved for this kind of sale and was always providing good advice along the way. Understanding the current situation, he was able to help close the sale and purchase in a few weeks. Prior to the purchase, he would always let me know about viewings, if they were available for the homes I was interested (if home viewing were possible/available).
