Lucy Tucker

Lucy fell in love with the State of Maine while attending Colby College, and knew this is where she wanted to firmly plant her roots. Striving to be her clients' "family agent for life", she also wants to be the agent with whom all Realtors want to work with. She highly values her continued friendships and referrals from her clients. Born and raised outside of Philadelphia, Lucy has enjoyed living in Falmouth since 2000 with her husband of 31 years and 3 wonderful sons who keep her active in the community. Real Estate was a natural fit for her, because she loves helping people find the perfect home and really enjoys getting to know her clients and their stories. She strives for "win-win" in all transactions and strongly believe you catch more flies with honey than vinegar! She also loves a challenge - working with different personalities and finding out what makes people tick is her passion. Lucy has a great appreciation for the importance of local community and schools, especially for a families home search. The quality of life in Maine is unbeatable; being able to access the beauty and community of Maine through the islands, short drives to the ski slopes, hiking and lake living - the list is endless. Lucy is grateful she gets to live in this beautiful state and truly believes that living in Maine is "the way life should"!
