She said she would check on a listing for me to see if they would do an owner carry with no down payment, and she didnt respond back after almost a week. I know from realtor friends that sometimes sellers will do this if the property is in bad shape or they want to sell so I at least wanted to try. She didnt even bother to reply back to me as soon as she knew chances were probably low that she would make a sale with me. When I asked again I got a short and cold reply that the loan officer told her I wouldnt qualify for a year ( not true, she told me 6 months) and it wasnt worth it to look. I contacted a different realtor named Sierra who was really kind and began helping me to explore other options and didnt ignore me like Luci did.

We started this journey with Luci over two years ago and she stayed with us through all the house and she showed us (10-15) could have been more but I lost count. she went above and beyond. She always knew we?d find ? our house ? and kept us up beat and positive. When I came to the paperwork side of things she was on point and made sure we never missed a deadline.
