Lucas was phenomenal in helping us both sell and buy in this crazy market. He was attentive to our wants and needs in a new home, as well as gave us great guidance on selling our existing home. We met Lucas when my wife and I first started looking to buy a new home in the beginning of 2021. We had called the selling agency for a walk through, and he was the RE agent to show us the home. We built up a quick repor, and although that house didn't work out, decided that Lucas was the right agent to use going forward. In a fast and furious market, he helped show and guide us between new builds and existing homes. We found the home of our dreams in late February and with his help, made the offer and it was accepted. Lucas is an incredible expert in the real estate market. My partner and I began looking for a house in January of 2021, in the middle of the extremely chaotic and competitive housing market. With open houses seeing multiple dozens of potential buyers and houses being bought in cash before someone even sees the property, you want an experienced realtor to guide you through the process and advise you on what to take into consideration when looking at a property. You won't find a friendlier, more personable realtor than Lucas!Lucas has worked as a realtor for years and was recommended to us from some friends who had worked with him years prior. Lucas would answer every question promptly and if he didn't have an answer, he would find it for us. There wasn't a single step in the process of purchasing a home where Lucas wasn't there to help if requested. He will work for your best interests and provide feedback on situations that feel a little suspect(and there were a few). A home is not a purchase to be taken lightly and a model professional such as Lucas is the exact person you want by your side as you go through the process, especially in today's market.
