My sister and I interviewed 3 or 4 agents to help us sell our childhood home after our Mom passed away. We were both drawn to Matt's friendliness, local expertise, and his knowledgeable, confident, calm, low-pressure approach. Our house had some blemishes, and as novice home sellers we had concerns. But Matt was very helpful, responsive, and thorough in giving us advice, helping coordinate a few specialty services, and keeping us on track to prepare the home for an ideal sale date. Matt helped arrange for furniture donations and junk removal, yard cleanup, photography, a nice listing, a thriving open house, and ultimately a sale well over asking. We really appreciated having Matt in our corner.
