Lucas worked with me while I was out-of-state and was incredibly patient and helpful. He arranged for a showing on FaceTime when I started my search remotely, introduced me to a lender in Boise who could work with my unusual financial situation, and made himself available for me to learn about the home buying process whenever I had questions. He is responsive, knowledgeable, and very professional. He addresses issues that may arise with calm and humor. He gives Customer Service with capital letters. When it comes time to sell the home he helped me recently buy, he will be the one I call to list it.
