In my situation, it can be a LONG process that takes a lot of Patience. Because when you don't know what you really want, or prices are extremely high, you need the time to look, research and make sure it is the right fit. Time and commitment to achieving what you want is what makes a difference between a simple transaction of purchase, to a transaction of a long term dream. That takes partnership and collaboration between client and realtor. This is what was difference here - which I appreciated. There are a lot of realtors available, but having one that can best mold to your energy, schedule and support you on your ultimate home purchase - is what differs here.
