Luanna was fantastic to work with! As a first time home-buyer, I had no idea how the process worked. She took the time to show us several properties and explain each step of the process in detail. She sent us the home we ended up buying as soon as it hit the market, we viewed it that evening, and she worked with us late into the evening to draft our offer. She is super knowledgeable, is always available to answer questions, and checks in with you regularly to make sure you are doing okay! I highly recommend working with Luanna!

We live in Michigan and Luanna was very helpful with our purchase of a duplex in Medford, Oregon. Due to Covid-19, our lender was backed up and the process for our loan took longer than expected. Despite this delay, Luanna remained upbeat and positive. She kept in close contact with us, as well as our lender. She was always available to answer our questions.
