Louis Scrimenti

Louis Scrimenti began his entrepreneurial career at the age of 21, founding and growing a company in Wholesale Distribution that served well-respected clients such as Walmart, Ahold (Stop & Shop), Costco and Target, among others. As the Director of Operations, Louis oversaw the daily activities of his team and interacted with senior executives at a number of large enterprises to ensure client satisfaction and quality control. Later transitioning into the real estate industry, Louis joined CHASELLA, a leading Long Island based real estate private equity firm, where he supported the firm's real estate asset portfolio. He became a licensed real estate salesperson in 2016 and joined Vanguard Global Realty as Director of Residential. He has since dedicated himself to his work as a sales agent with Signature Premier Properties and loves helping clients make one of the most important decisions of their lives, offering sound guidance and steady advice throughout the buying and selling process, from start to finish.
