I do not think I can say enough good things about Louis here. This was the sale from hell due to fire damage, slow contractors, buyer mistatements, and poor poor communication from subcontractors and the HOA. Louis never missed a step! He got me over my asking price, early release of my deposit, his communication was detailed, clear and he protected my interests better than I could have.
