Before joining the Weichert team, he taught students science in the Montville Township Schools and South Orange and Maplewood School District, as well as pursuing a successful coaching career on the baseball and softball diamonds. As an educator, he learned how to be patient, detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong advocate for all his students while instilling work-ethic, team-work and chemistry on the ball field.
