Louis Chirgott

Lou Chirgott is Founder & CEO of CORE Maryland, a diversified real estate firm located in Lutherville, MD. As part of the Keller Williams Excellence, CORE Maryland has assembled a team of professionals who manage all aspects of the homeowner experience.

A real estate professional for more than 26 years, Lou has managed new homes sales, condo conversion, real estate management and investment, new construction, development and property management. This background and experience has led to Lou being recognized by the National Sales and Marketing Council and the National Association of Home Builders. Lou is a multi-million dollar producer who has managed complex transactions, strategic negotiations and delivered proven results.

Lou believes in applying his expertise and market knowledge to market homes, condos, new construction communities, project development and consistently exceeds the investment and lifestyle goals of his clients. His sales and marketing efforts have resulted in industry-recognized by HBAM "Platinum Awards" for sales volume and was recognized as "Overall Sales & Excellence" Winner for all new homes sales people in Maryland.

Lou served as senior executive for a local sales and marketing firm that represented more than 100 builders and developers in 13 states. He has designations of Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) and Certified New Home Marketing Professional (CMP) and is active in the Maryland Association of REALTORs(R) and Greater Baltimore Board of REALTORS(R).

In addition to being an active volunteer with the The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society -Maryland Chapter, Lou supports the efforts of the Baltimore Outreach Services, Inc. and Catholic Charities Child & Family Services. He is most proud of being a dedicated father to his three active children.
