We have had a few experiences with realtors in different areas, but we must say that Lou was one of the best we have ever had the pleasure of working with and made the entire process of buying a property in Gainesville, a location we have little experience with, much easier. It seems that Feb through May is the time many parents decide to start looking for properties for their students, and we unfortunately learned that we had joined that wave just at the same time as everyone else, so it was pretty stressful. Lou however made us often feel at ease with the situation and always had the best attitude. We didn?t have that much time up in Gainesville to look at properties in-person because we live four hours away, but even after knowing her for a couple of days and talking to her about what we were looking for, she had scheduled plenty of showings per day for the two days that we were there to give us some options. She even kept checking in to see if one of the properties we had previously loved had any new units for sale, and would immediately let us know since many would only be on the market for 2-3 days. She was always on the top of her game, and even after we changed our minds on many of the things we were looking for, she was always ready with new suggestions and went to work right away. Since we didnt have a lot of time to go up and look at many properties, Lou would always take the time to do facetime walk throughs so we would have a better feel of the place and would give her honest opinion of how she felt about the condition of some of the aspects of the property. She definitely felt like a real friend and would point out the things to look for and if something was suspicious would always go the extra mile to figure out what was going on so that we would feel comfortable with the unit-- never did we feel that she was trying to sell us something just because. After working with her for around two months in the crazy Gainesville market, she finally helped us find the perfect place. We can confidently say she is one of the friendliest, hardworking, professional, passionate, genuine, and best realtors out there. She has stayed in contact with us after the sale to check in on how things are going with us and even helped us follow up with some of the questions we had about the property. I genuinely can?t describe how much she has done for our family in finding the property, and the tons of kindness and initiative she showed in a job where many are very different. We can only highly recommend her to anyone who is thinking about working with Lou!
