Lottie was AMAZING! Yes, in all caps - A M A Z I N G! I had no clue how to go about picking a realtor to sell our house. I remembered the house behind us sold in 2023, so I looked up who they used (as I knew they had a great experience & their house sold quickly & for full price). I sent a message to Lottie, she responded to my email & called me w/in the hour. We chatted on the phone for a bit, then she came to our place a few days later to introduce herself & meet us, walk the house/property & explain the process & how she operates. She spent two hours w/ us, talking shop but also all about life, interests, family, animals...we felt like we knew her for years. We decided to go w/ her right off the bat. Lottie kept us up to speed every step of the way, making sure all our needs were met & our questions answered. Once our house hit the MLS, we had a full price offer w/in 24 hours. We knew we were priced right because of all the leg work that Lottie did to ensure our valuation was solid & that all the work & beautiful renovations we did over the years was showcased & listed out in detail. It felt like she cared about our house as much we did. The process from accepting the offer to the closing earlier today was as smooth as you can get. Again, she kept us up to speed, continuously asked if we had questions or needed anything from her. She truly feels like family (we wish she was)!
