I was new to this process, and she answered my numerous questions in a manner that was easy for me to fully understand, and never once came across as remotely bothered by my questions, She encouraged them, and said she prefers clients ask her questions to confirm what they think they know but are not certain, and definitely when they know they don't know. Lorri was very organized, and was able to retrieve relevant documents, pieces of information easily and in very timely fashion. She went above and beyone numerous times, with the top of the list being when she arranged to speak with me twice while on vacation on another continent. In short, Lorri was outstanding throughout the process.

ZillowVERIFIEDLorri helped me through the process of selling my parents' house. The house sold quickly at a good price to wonderful buyers with minimal effort on my part. Lorri took care of so many details; not just standard realtor things such as interacting with the endless stream of people that seem to be involved in a house purchase, but even helped by taking out the trash at the house at one point. I literally could not have done this without her while maintaining any vestige of sanity. Everything went smoothly from the endless paperwork to the appraisers to the closing. I thought this would be the hardest aspect of settling my dad's estate, but it was actually one of the easiest, thanks to Lorri. I cannot recommend her enough and would give her ten stars if that was an option.

ZillowVERIFIEDThis has been the 2nd time that Lorri has helped us with our home. The first one was the purchase and the 2nd time was the selling of it. Took advantage of the market and nothing better that having Lorri on our side to get a great price. First of all communication was great she was always on top of things and made sure that we got the information ASAP. She helped us stage our home, meaning she came in and brought her stuff, moved some furnitures around and staged the homes in prestine and perfect visual condition. Our home looked like a model home after she was done. Within a week we had offers left and right and finally decided to take the cash buyer and since Lorri was able to list and sell the home quickly, we were not so prepared and didn't think that it would be off the market that quick; she helped us get to stay at the house for 30 days rent free!!! That gave us the time to pack, clean the home, and move out for the new owners. In addition to that, the house was purchased over our asking price...close to 40K over listing price! The best decision we had was to have the right person for the job in our corner and that is Lorri!
