We've dealt with over 15 property purchases and dozens of realtors in the past 35 years. Lorraine was easily the worst realtor we'd ever dealt with. Lacked professionalism. No follow up. Unclear on ethical status as we didn't go very far after a couple of phone calls and one face to face discussion.

Lorraine worked tirelessly for me and my family. For at least 8 months Lorraine showed us houses. Each house we thought we wanted she did all the paperwork, set up the inspections and was there all the time. I never had to even leave work. Every time and at the last minute I would change my mind on a house she would tell me "Not to Worry" we will keep looking and find the right one. What a patient person. In the end she found us the perfect house in the perfect location. My family is so excited. Also Lorraine has become a very dear friend of the family.
