Loris is a wonderful agent who has the knowledge, experience and commitment to finding the right home for your needs. She and her staff were always ready to answer all my questions. I worked with Loris for almost 2 months and she was a great help through some difficult negotiations. In the end however, I made the decision to look for properties far out of her area of service. Although our relationship did not end in a sale for her, this in no way reflects on her abilities or commitment to her clients. She is a top notch agent and I highly recommend her.

Loris helped my wife and I look for a house in Lewiston for a few months before my office moved to Moscow, at which time I started searching for a house in Moscow. We told Loris what we had in mind for our first house and she helped us look at houses that fit our description best in our price range. She was very responsive and flexible to our requests to look at specific houses.She also gave us confidence in what to look for in the purchase of our first home. As previously mentioned, we moved to Moscow before we purchased a house in Lewiston so I can't speak to her negotiation skills. But Loris seemed to have a handle on what we could realistically offer at each house we looked at.
