Hi, I'm Lorine Lovett, and I've been helping people buy and sell homes across the Phoenix metro and West Valley since 2004. That means I've seen every type of market--hot, cold, and everything in between--and I know how to guide my clients through it all. If you're selling, my job is to make sure your home stands out and sells for the best price. I use today's marketing tools, professional photography, and proven strategies that get results. If you're buying, I'll walk you through every step, whether it's your very first home or your next one. My clients say I'm approachable and fun to work with, but I also fight hard for them at the negotiation table. Kindness is my style, but strength is what I deliver. Much of my business comes from referrals and repeat clients, which to me is the best compliment I could ever receive. At the end of the day, I believe in treating people the way I'd want to be treated: with honesty, respect, and care. Outside of real estate, I'm a proud dog mom, a puzzle enthusiast, and I love hiking Arizona's beautiful trails. But when it comes to helping you buy or sell a home in Goodyear, Avondale, Buckeye, Estrella, Litchfield Park, Sun City, or anywhere in the Phoenix area, my full focus is on making the process smooth, successful, and even a little fun. Lorine did an outstanding job helping us with selling our home, and buying a new one. She was available to us via phone and e-mail at all hours! As we came up with questions, she would walk us through the process. She was there to help us navigate through the selling and buying. I would get so confused. Lorine would explain it, and then explain it again as needed. Always was so kind and patient. The navigation through all the negotiations would not have not been possible without her involvement and knowledge. Lorine is the absolute BEST!!! I am not sure she stops working, any time I had a question she would have an answer within minutes the majority of the time. We were looking out in the town of Maricopa and Lorine would make that long drive without hesitation. She made sure we were setup with the right lender to ensure the best possible outcome for us.
