About Lorie Leal

Lorie Leal is a native Floridian and has lived all over the state. She and herhusband Roland chose Key Largo to be their home in 2001 and haven't lookedback! Lorie is a 23 -year, full time, professional Realtor® with AmericanCaribbean Real Estate, a Christie's International Real Estate affiliate in KeyLargo. Lorie is continually recognized as a company top performer & has also earned her Christie's Luxury Specialist designation. In 2021, she was inducted into the Christie's Masters Circle, an elite group of top Christie's agents worldwide. Lorie is a senior mentor at American Caribbean mentoring new agents that join the company. She has appeared on HGTV's Beachfront Bargain Hunt and Island Life television shows, where she has helped families find their home in the fabulous Florida Keys! Known for her enthusiasm, sincerity and quick wit, Lorie guides her clients through the real estate process with care, diligence and humor - making it FUN! She was elected by her peers to serve as President 2017 for the Florida Keys Board of Realtors and in 2018 was awarded Realtor of the Year. She likes to stay current on local, state and national issues, laws and other matters important to Real Estate, not only to improve as a professional but also to protect the best interests of property owners. A believer in giving back to the community, Lorie serves on the Board of Directors for Wesley House Family Services, a local non-profit supporting children & families in the Keys community. She is a past board member and avid suppporter for Marrvelous Pet Rescues, helping pets in need. Lorie also founded Key Largo Cars and Coffee - a gathering of high performance car enthusists in the Florida Keys. Lorie's interests & hobbies include sportfishing, boating, exotic cars & track racing, cooking, reading, and spending time with her rescue mini-schnauzers. Buying a home long distance presents a few challenges, but none above the level of competency Lorie Leal exhibited through the whole process. Her patience, as we searched for the perfect property, guidance to a home that had not been on our radar, but was "the one", assistance with our negotiation, recommendations for the needed inspections and reminders of the various trigger dates within the contract, Lorie never faltered. We came to Lorie as a referral from our friends, and boy are we glad! Not only did we meet a top notch, professional Realtor, we also gained a friend.
