Lori is an exceptional realtor. I am truly impressed by her and I am the one asked her if there is anywhere I could review her because she is excellent professional and everyone should know that! I feel so fortunate that I found her through this website. I worked with her on short sale transaction as well as traditional one. She is confident and experienced in her field. She is very attentive and responsive to home buyers needs and requests. Also, she knows how to negotiate in professional level. Without her help, I dont think I could get such a beautiful house with a great deal. If you ask a question, she will give you her realistic answers with supporting data. Most of realtors that I worked with previously, they were nice and hard workers but they werent knowledgeable like her. She is definitively the best one in las vegas. Being a first time homebuyer, the whole process was a little overwhelming and Im glad I had Lori to help walk me through the process. She made herself available to talk whenever I had questions (pretty much anytime). When Id send her a text or email asking for clarifications she responded within the hour and would offer to call me back immediately. When touring homes my boyfriend and I never felt pressured to buy, it always seemed like she wanted us to find the home perfect for us no matter how long it would take. During negotiations, she did her best to fight for what we wanted and was instrumental in the eventual deal going forward (we almost backed out because the seller wouldnt repair the AC which we thought was a deal-breaker). Long story short, the whole home buying process was stressful to be sure, but I cant even imagine how much more stressful it would have been without Lori to walk and guide us through the process. Ive recommended Lori to family/friends and have not heard any complaints yet. Highly recommended.
