Lori represents everything you should want in a real estate agent and she is someone who we would highly recommend to anyone looking for an agent.Our family worked with Lori remotely because we live out of state but we traveled to Alabama to interview several agents before we found Lori. Our very first interaction was one where she demonstrated what a consummate professional she is. She arrived at our first meeting well prepared having researched the neighborhood, with comps and an overall understanding of the value of our property based on relative prices as well as square footage. She worked closely with us to land on a price that aligned to our needs and to the market. Throughout the process she kept in contact with us, informing us of the progress she was making, the hosting of an open house for other realtors (in order to increase the potential buyer pool), sharing feedback from viewers and interfacing with repair staff on our behalf where needed. We really appreciated that she did so in a manner that wasn't overwhelming. Having worked with other agents before, we had an appreciation for the right communication balance needed throughout the sale of our home.We are happy to say that we were able to sell our home within 30 days of being listed.
