I very much recommend Lori. I have to admit that in the beginning I had my reservations, but looking back, all the advice she gave to sell our house was spot on. Everything from repainting some areas of rooms to make it more generally appealing to the staging approach. This also included moving some of our furniture we were selling with the property to different locations in the house.Since we had already moved, Lori also arranged for work to be done at the house. It would have been hard for us to do so at a distance.She also was responsive when we had feedback, e.g., the initial set of pictures for our property were not what they should have been for a house in this price range. She agreed and had the photographer return and redo them.Our property was relatively expensive for the area and was a unique contemporary so she had to work hard, and use the firm's network, to find a buyer.

Lori is so knowledgeable about the home buying process. She guided me away from a home that she did not feel was a match for me. Once we found the home that was a match, she arranged all of the appropriate inspections and repairs.
