Lori was wonderful to work with. We had our first discussions with her about buying a home at the beginning of January and by the first week of February we had signed a contract on our new home. It's a crazy market right now and she was able to help us get our dream home, beating out 13 other offers. She was able to walk us through the first time home buying process where we totally understood everything. 100% would recommend to her to everyone.

Lori did an excellent job at helping to find a tenant for the second floor apartment in my house. She was extremely professional, but also very friendly which made the whole process smooth, simple and stress free. She made me feel very comfortable as if we were on the same team working together to accomplish my goal as well as very personable like a sister or cousin. In regards to all the laws and procedures, she explained them all in great detail making sure I understood them all and that we followed all the guidelines legally. She advised me and explained all my options. She has many, many contacts in the real estate market as well as access to many websites that provided several people interested in the apartment. Sometimes three or four a day compiling to as many as ten to twenty in a week or so. She handled all the appointments and phone calls and made the whole process very easy for me. She moved my apartment very quickly within two to three weeks and was able to find a very good tenant for me by going through references and meeting guidelines. Overall I was extremely pleased with Lori and would definitely use her again when the time comes along with strongly recommending others to use her as well; as she came strongly recommended to me by an old friend and neighbor who used her to help sell his house a few years ago.
