In a very fast-paced, seller's market, Lori's knowledge of the area, helpful buying strategies, and her contacts with other realtors made locating the perfect second home a stress-free process. I can only have positive comments about Lori McGoldrick. She is simply the best real estate agent we have ever had. For nearly forty years, we have bought and sold numerous homes in several states. Our experiences with real estate agents range from the horrible to the acceptable. The only one outshining from all is Lori. Her professionalism, integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to her clients is truly remarkable. She thoroughly explained every item in a contract, closing document, or addendum. There were no hidden clauses, no tricky agreements. She was always willing to add or change any item, always with the best intention, and the best outcome for her clients. She went out of her way to advertise in multiple outlets, to promote, and to show our home. During showings, she was very professional in promoting our home, while protecting the premises, and also allowing prospective buyers to freely tour the house. When an offer came up, she studied the buyers in detail, including their financial ability to fulfill the offer. She carefully and actively negotiated the ups and downs of the process. She always offered the best honest advice which in her view would benefit us, but she never coerced or tried to impose any decision on us. On the contrary, she let us decide on our own and learn form our mistakes. This is unlike most other agents we contracted, who were aggressive to impose a course of action that benefited them. Lori earned our complete trust by her professional actions, not by fast talking. Beyond Loris professional dedication, there is something we never experienced before as home owners/buyers: Sincerity. Quite simply, she cares. She found for us the best and least expensive contractor to remodel our home, so that it would sell. When we sold our home in PA, she helped us find another agent in SC. She referred to us a reputable mover with good ratings, temporary storage facilities out of state, etc. In other words, she went well beyond the tasks of selling our home, and more into the kind of deeds that only a good friend does. I even remember asking her for advice about unrelated things. All in all, Lori McGoldrick is a unique real state agent. Anyone represented by her is in the best possible hands.
