Lori was very helpful in every aspect of the process she was asked to help sell a home for my elderly mother and as we never did this before we had many questions sometimes maybe to many but she was very patient and willing to explain everything and as this was a vacation home we did not live in the area but we felt very comfortable and impressed that Lori work vigorously in our best interest she made the whole process very simple for us and I would highly recommend her and would like to thank her very much again for everything

This is the second purchase I had in Milan NH. Lori assisted me on both of them. Lori is super fast to respond to emails or calls which I love! I had some realtors never reply or took upwards to a week or more to answer an email. In a bidding market you need an efficient realtor on your side. I would use Lori 100 times over if I were buying or selling in the future. she knows the area well, and assists you in every step of the way! Honestly don't waste your time just pick Lori from the start.

Lori was always ready to return calls as soon as signals allowed . She worked with the Re/Max office to find as many possible buyers as possible. when a problem or need -to fill oil tank - she let me know right away. when unable to find landscaper she and her husband &son cut and weed whacked the grass at 100 degrees to be sure the sale went through. I was very impressed with Lori's professionalism and attention to detail and her willingness to do work herself.
