With all of the recent media attention on the industry, it is important to differentiate true professionals from the mass of other so called "realtors". With Lori's background and education, she could have chose any path for her career, but I feel fortunate that representing buyers and sellers was her choice. Technology has provided us with so many tools to ensure we as buyers/sellers can remain educated. Lori and her team and I mean TEAM did an outstanding job selling our home. Lori was the last realtor we interviewed and within 15 minutes we knew that Lori was the way to go. It was very professional in every step which including staging, photos, videos, marketing, scheduling and booklet of our home. We had an Open House on the 3rd day of our listing and had 20 groups come through in a 2 hour period. We had 3 solid offers and accepted an above list price the next day.
