She goes way above what you would expect +knows the area like the back of her hand +incredible knowledge of the market +understands potential costs of improvements +strong network of contractors and inspectors +spent more time with us than I think any other realtor would, and picked up the slack when the other realtor was slow or unreliable +is just a great person Ultimately helped us get an incredible first home.
