Be prepared before you start looking for homes. Know what you can be qualified for when it comes to a Mortgage and get a Pre-Qualification/Approval Letter from the lender. Know that even if you qualify for a certain amount you do not have to buy a home for that amount. Keep yourself in a comfortable payment.
Pricing and market strategy is the key in selling your home quickly. Keep the home in showing condition at all times because you never know when that phone call will come in from your agent asking to show the home.

My Broker and I were friends before we were professionals together. It was at her direction that I started a career in Real Estate. She noticed my skills and talents before I did and I will always be in her debt for nudging me into a career that I have had such fulfillment and happiness doing on a daily basis. I have found my passion and not many people can say that about their careers/jobs.
Real Estate is an ever changing industry. No one set of special designations or certifications will match every transaction. I do however get updated training as necessary. I dedicate a lot of time to my local and state real estate associations which keeps me informed of the changes to my profession. I also feel that keeping active in the local communities that I service also benefits the future clients that I will serve.
