Lori is a professional in every sense of the word. She fought hard for us to get our perfect home. She was straight forward, aggressive and very determined to get us the right home, in the right location, and at the right price. She explained each house to us with its pros and cons. When we walked into one home she said "you're not even thinking about this are you? The house was so terrible inside she said move on there are more houses to look at. She was right and we got the home we wanted with everything in it at a lower price than we expected to pay. She was available to us at a moments notice. She was out for our best interest and not to get her commission. Lori knows what it will cost to fix an AC, pool, paint, roofing, cabinets, flooring, and any fixes that may or may not be needed in a house. She has an abundance of professionals needed to get a house closed. She also provided us a very good broker who helped me obtain my loan which was far more than I thought I could obtain. She provided a great inspector who pointed out everything that will be an issue and how to fix the issue right but at a cheap price. A perfect example of how hard Lori works would best be exemplified by our home we found and purchased. There were many red flags with deeds, seller's agent and the company selling the home. Lori cleared those flags within hours and would not let the seller take advantage of us. She knew what to look for and knew how to protect us. We were so impressed with Lori we asked her to find an investment condo. She has done so within two weeks time. Our offer has been accepted and waiting to close any day. You cannot go wrong with Lori. Actually, if you don't go with her you would be wrong. I have recommended her to two co workers and recommend her to anyone buying, selling or renting a home.

Lori was available to us at any time of the day and any day of the week. She was not a typical salesperson; she did not try to sell us on the houses that we saw, she would look for what we were looking for. She had our best interests in mind and would look for the qualities in a home that we told her that we wanted. We were excited enough on our own in looking for a home that we didn't need someone trying to sell us on everything that we saw. While looking at a home we would often overlook qualities in a home that we mentioned that we wanted or even faults in the property; Lori would bring those to our attention. She really wanted to help us find something that we would stay happy with. To us Lori was kind, honest, and hard working, and for us she was an experienced negotiator with unwavering work ethic and with a talent of working well with others. The short sale that we ended up buying took 6 months to close, and she was as determined to get it closed on day 1 as she was through the rest of the period. This took a lot of follow up and negotiations with the other agent, sellers, and the bank to keep the process moving along.

I felt Lori's service was outstanding.She was very knowledgable on all the properties we saw and was very helpful in pointing out various strengths and weaknesses that I wouldn't have picked up. She made the process move right along,from scheduling inspections thru the actual closing.She was always available to answer any questions I had and did a good job explaining things.I would not hesitate to recommend her.

Is the spring selling market still a thing and is March too early?

Spring is still one of the best times to list a home- March through June tends to bring out the most serious buyers, and more people are actively looking compared to other times of the year. That said, the market isn't what it used to be-pricing and presentation matter more than ever. buyers are paying attention, and homes that are price right and show well are still moving, while others can sit and start to feel stale. Even in neighborhoods with very little inventory, it doesn't automatically mean a higher price - if a home is overpriced or not staged properly, buyers will hesitate.
