We work with both Sellers and Buyers primarily in the Temecula/Murrieta Valley, but also work with clients in all parts of Riverside, San Diego & Orange counties. I have been a full time Real Estate professional in Southern California since 2005 and have sold many types of properties to many types of buyers & sellers. I pride myself the most on my communication skills and maintaining a high level of integrity for the Real Estate community. My clients appreciate this about me and my team! This has kept me in business for many years and we receive referrals on a monthly basis from our past clients. Personally, I am a mother of 3 children; Taryn, Nic & Zach and have been married to my husband Matt now for 31 years. Thus, this translates well in Real Estate with families and their needs because we have raised our kids in this area. In contrast, we work with many 55+ clients that are ready to downsize and that is fun as well because I find joy in helping them get to their next phase in life. One thing to learn about me is.... I especially love pool homes! My husband and I moved to California in 1995 for the California Dream. We remind ourselves all the time about the "California Dream" we drove out here for (from Indiana) and that was the luxury of having a pool home to enjoy all year round & the beach (of course!) I work 7 days a week for my clients so I can create flexibility in my schedule for my family. I never like missing my kid's events! Everyone who works with me knows my passion for what I do as a Real Estate professional and it conveys in the type of service I give all my clients. This requires "managing it all" and I have found a great mix in my life to do just that. Staying up to date on ever changing technology has been key!
