Lorenzo made homebuying easy! This was our first time going through the home buying process, and we were moving from literally the other side of the country. Lorenzo was able to tell us explicitly everything we needed to line up as well as connect us with several references for every step of the process (provided in a pre-prepared document and presentation). This was really helpful and it ensured we could make a lot of progress from a distance. When we came to visit the capitol region for a week, he was able to line up showings, find a place we liked, get an offer in, and get that offer accepted. A few months later, when we moved to the area, the house was ready for us. We had saved a significant amount for our deposit and Lorenzo knew exactly how to leverage this to get us into the home we wanted. Every single person we talked to throughout the home buying process (even the ones not recommended by Lorenzo) had nothing but the highest praises for both Lorenzo's integrity and his amicability. Lorenzo was an excellent realtor to work with. He offered us great advice when the time came to make our offer. We had a lot of inspections and someone from his team was always there, no matter when/how many we scheduled. Lorenzo was very responsive, always took the time to explain what was going on, and made us feel like friends.
