    I have had 2 transactions with Lonnie and his team, the first was 11 years ago when we moved to the area. He helped us find a house that was great for our family at that time.     Lonnie and Amber helped me sell one of the last rentals in my portfolio and were amazing. There was still some rehab work left to do when I met with them. We were able to quickly find a buyer and Amber took over and actually coordinated all of the contractors to get the house through the inspection stage and ready for the closing. I simply couldnt have gotten it done without them. Highly recommend.
