I inquired regarding the house in Chino, he asked me how many occupants and what the reason why we are moving. I told him the reason why and he asked me my Credit Score and my husband. Mine is 688 and my husband is on 588 right now (fell behind on his student loans). And then he told me without giving us application or checking credit/background history that he is declining us over the phone.

Lonnie Andre, "The Real Estate Man", is one of the best real estate agents you can have. Not only is he very knowledgeable and a true expert and what he does. He sincerely wants the best for his clients and will go above and beyond to make sure his clients are happy. My wife and I were tenants of his in one of his apartments and he is also an amazing Landlord. He has great rent prices and it was our first and only apartment we got. Thank you Lonnie for giving us young kids (early 20's) an opportunity to rent from you. We liked him so much and wanted to ask if he would help us buy our first home, since we were planning to grow our family, but were a little hesitant since he would lose us as tenants. When we did ask, he was so overjoyed that we would even ask for his help and it was such a great experience. I have to say pretty bad skills in general. I went saw a house in chino gave me the application with what was require. Next day went a head scanned documents he require. Then i had to call for an update . For him to tell me that he needed a copy of my credit report which i had already told him where i was standing with in the 640s. He said it was ok he just wanted to see credit score with my payment history which i have proof that is perfect i have never maid a late payment!!!!!! After i scanned that over to him i called 2 days after asking him for an update he made me feel Like if i had lied about my credit report when i had told him in the begining where i stand. He said "Will this credit report shows a low 600 you never told me which makes have missing payments history" which is totally wrong i have never have a late payment. If he is knowledgable enough he should know there are many factors why you might have a credit score. What i did not Like is that he did not even gave me a chance and pretty much just hung up on me. wasted my time. I do not know why he asks you to send you crA(C)dit reports if he dosent even looks at them..
