Lois DeCaro

Lois DeCaro, a lifelong resident of Hanover Township, New Jersey, began her career by investing in real estate beginning in the late 1970's. Her fascination with real estate grew over the years and she decided to become a licensed Realtor®. She became a licensed New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson in the mid-90's and worked as a referral agent to learn more about the industry. Lois then joined Med Realty, built a team of superior agents, and was awarded the NJAR Circle of Excellence Sales Award multiple times. In 2005 Lois furthered her education and obtained a Real Estate Broker's license. Shortly afterwards she opened Lois DeCaro, Realtors®, LLC, in her hometown of Hanover Township. Lois then decided to further her studies and obtained her Florida broker's license. The years 2010 through 2016 offered many opportunities. Lois was given the opportunity to merge her NJ brokerage under a well-known local brokerage and then was offered the opportunity to manage Northern New Jersey for a company whose owner had an affiliation with the show "Million Dollar Listing". 2016 brought the most exciting opportunity! Lois became the NJ State Broker of Record and the first district director in NJ for Fathom Realty. Fathom Realty, ranked on the Inc.500 as one of the fastest growing real estate brokerages in the nation, is a truly amazing company that has now gone public and is on the Nasdaq. In the past she has served on the Substance Awareness Council of Hanover Township, New Jersey as well as on the Hanover Township Planning Board and as a Member of the Morris County Vocational School District Advisory Council.
